The warmth, diversity and personality of the people at Harrods has created the exceptional service they are renowned for and the trusted brand we know today.

Our goal was to create a statement that describes who Harrods are as an employer. It had to support a people transformation, by helping Harrods attract people who reflected their changing customer base.

How we did it

We observed that the company has an increasingly diverse customer base, and recognised that attracting a diverse workforce is more important than ever – not only from a cultural perspective, but also from a business perspective.

With all this in mind, we crafted their new employer brand from the EVP.
