Hello. We’re Pink Squid, a fast-growing creative agency building people-powered brands. Our work is award-winning. Our clients are global, big-name brands. And our Central London studio (aka home, for now) is one super-talented creative short. That’s – we hope – where you come in.
Able to hone a message on a print ad, then give it legs across digital executions? Dedicated to giving that message a unique look and feel? And ready to work hard to help us produce industry-rocking work as it goes from concept to delivery? Well…you’re in the right place. Our creative studio is growing and we’re on the hunt to find a talented Art Director to join us in our new Squid Tank.
We’d like you to have a minimum of two years’ experience in an agency environment and a strong portfolio, which shows not just your conceptual genius, but the hidden (or extremely visible) problem-solver within you too.
You’re comfortable working in a team and love a challenge. You know what makes a creative idea award-winning. This is not a junior role, so anything extra you can bring to the table (new skills? a platform we’ve never heard about? a niche hobby?) is a bonus.
Does that sound like something you’d enjoy? Good. Get in touch with your CV and portfolio. Please note that applications without portfolios will not be considered.
Starting your web design career or are you finally switching direction? Or you’ve opted not to go to uni? But you’ve taught yourself all the design skills from Youtube? A first class degree but just haven’t found the right agency? We’re open minded, open to all – It’s a win-win deal, you get an award-winning agency to learn from, and we may discover a future web superstar!
We get it, unless we give you the experience, there is no point in listing what experience you need. So to keep it short, your ambition, attitude and willingness to learn is all we ask. Plus, show us the passion and love for all things design and web.
Responsibilities & experiences you will gain:
No qualifications, just show us your skills
A cover letter and portfolio of your beautiful work is a must for this opportunity. . Please note applicants without portfolios or work examples will not be considered.
