As an Account Lead, you’ll lead on a number of key global accounts in Employer Branding, with support from our core account teams – made up of expert Project Managers and Employer Brand Strategists. We are currently working with the likes of TikTok, KPMG, Vodafone and IBM to name a few!
To be a trusted partner on key clients, ensuring that all aspects of the Pink Squid proposition seamlessly integrate and exceed the client expectations.
Be responsible for allocated client relationships, acting as the day-to-day point of escalation for project / service delivery – both client and internal.
Be commercially astute with accounts, billings and budgeting experience both within client work and agency wide to ensure we are scalable and sustainable

We are recruiting for a driven and motivated Project Manager, with previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment and a background of dealing with big clients.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be working closely with both the strategy and creative teams to plan, develop and deliver all kinds of projects. These will range from attraction campaigns, print and digital communications, careers events and so much more.
We’re Pink Squid – a creative, analytical and digital agency, focused on Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. We were built in London, but we’ve now got a new home in Dallas, US. And we’re looking to give our new US team another boost with a new role for a talented Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Strategist.
It’s a central role with lots of responsibility and autonomy, as our Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Strategist you’ll lead on our US based and global projects.
US project teams and the UK studio to unveil, design and deliver the latest innovations in the field of candidate recruitment and employee comms and engagement.
Because the role is end-to-end, you’ll have to be collaborative and analytical. Creative but grounded. Strategic, but able to investigate what audiences think and how they tick and why organizations might appeal to them.
You’ll have the interpersonal skills to create clarity for our clients. You’ll take the lead in ensuring best practice from the agency. Being comfortable in front of clients is a must, in this role you will be leading conversations from pitch stage, right through to presenting findings and data and being a core member of the account servicing team.
And most importantly perhaps, you’re curious, ambitious and very, very versatile.

We’re a small, agile team so you’ll have the ability to flex between various client work and jumping in on big and small, global or personalized creative projects. A hands on creative digital thinker and design leader.
We’re looking for a web champion, a digital design conductor, an all rounder – to build and lead a web team from scratch.
Have you thrived in an agency environment, but you’re now ready to build and run your own department? Nurturing a small team, you’ll be strategically guiding our clients – redeveloping websites from scratch, from behaviour mapping to go-live and everything else in between.
At Pink Squid we specialise in Employer Branding – this means we use all our creative, analytical and technical tools to conceptualise, advertise, engage and communicate to very niche audiences. Your role as Head is to join the digital design dots from the wider Pink Squid teams, working with Project Managers, Brand Strategists, Creative Copywriters, Art Directors and Motion Designers – co-creation is an essential part of our problem solving.

We are looking for a Campaign Manager with a proven track record in creating, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns. We need someone with the ability to digest our clients’ problems, and create effective campaigns that deliver great value and ROI.
The successful candidate will have autonomy in building digital campaigns across a variety of channels, as well as ensuring they are continuously optimised to meet our goals. Experience in campaign builds and management is essential, with experience in performance reporting also preferred. Furthermore, we’re looking for a driven individual that can build a strong rapport with our clients to ensure the campaigns are effectively managed and delivered.
