The feel-good Christmas feeling plays a huge role at The White Company. But with 1 in 3 EU workers seeking to leave the UK in the next 5 years due to the uncertainty surrounding Brexit, it’s clear not every member of their diverse team was feeling the Christmas spirit. We set out to make sure absolutely everyone felt welcome at The White Company.
Not stopping there, we then created a symbol that united The White Company. We invited everyone to collectively design a new typeface for the business, one that was a cocktail of personalities, a celebration of diversity and a true team effort.
With an increase of 81 new starters from 2016 to 2017, our campaign’s numbers speak for themselves. We’re confident the campaign’s message was not only delivered effectively and clearly, but more importantly, it actually helped to improve the faith The White Company’s team had in their employer.
